-Full spinal, joint and muscle examination and assessment

-Spinal and joint mobilization and manipulation

-Acupressure and active release technique

-Physiotherapy (ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, etc)

-Home exercise guidance

-Education on everyday activities that you perform
